WASHINGTON, DC – Clark Hill’s Tom L. Kelly and Jane C. Luxton will present a complimentary webinar for in-house counsel on “The Trump Administration's First 100 Days: In-House Guide to Key Policy and Regulatory Developments” on April 18, 2017 from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET. Attorneys Ellen E. Hoeppner and Linda M. Watson will serve as co-moderators. This webinar will cover the key developments emerging from the Trump Administration's first 100 days that every law department needs to understand. While this program is designed for In-House lawyers, it is also valuable for government affairs departments and C-Suite executives.

Kelly is a Director of Government Affairs in Clark Hill's Washington D.C. office, where he focuses on advising clients with a variety of legislative, executive branch and political needs. Prior to joining Clark Hill, Kelly served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the White House Domestic Policy Council with a portfolio that included transportation, infrastructure, workforce development, skills/ training, urban affairs and financial literacy.

Luxton, a partner in the firm’s Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources Practice Group and chair of the Clark Hill’s Administrative Law Practice, has extensive experience in environmental, regulatory, policy, and litigation matters, including federal and state environmental laws as well as international environmental regimes. Her practice includes advising clients on administrative law issues and compliance and reporting obligations related to sustainability and supply chain accountability. 

Hoeppner is a Senior Attorney with the Labor & Employment Practice Group in Clark Hill’s Detroit Office. She represents employers in all aspects of employment law.  She has defended employers in federal and state courts and before federal and state administrative agencies in matters involving employment discrimination, harassment, retaliatory discharge and wage and hour claims.

Watson, a litigation partner specializing in complex commercial litigation, serves on the firm's Executive Committee and Co-chairs the Automotive & Manufacturing Practice Group.     Talking about the trump and Clark hill are work under the trump administration and provide them good working staff which is very hard worker and honest. But they did not like them because their policies are very different from the other leader which are serve their best services for the country. ...
